Your order is not considered accepted until confirmed by LIVE & EVERLASTING. Acceptance of your order is contingent upon receipt and processing of your payment. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as LIVE & EVERLASTING may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of ordering.

Returns or exchanges of your purchases are permitted exclusively in accordance with our right of withdrawal.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for your personal use or use within your household and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or accidental deterioration of the goods generally does not pass to the consumer until the goods are handed over to the consumer or a recipient designated by the consumer. This does not apply if the consumer has personally engaged a carrier to handle the shipment and that carrier was not previously designated by us. For business customers, the statutory provisions regarding the transfer of risk apply.
